About Us

After several years of traveling up to the San Juan Island for family vacations, Bruce and Pat Johnson, after careful planning, decided to make the move to Lopez Island, Washington. Both retired from their careers. Bruce from the State of California as a Regional Manager for the Department of Buildings and Grounds and a college instructor in the field of Mechanical Electrical Technology. Pat as a Unit Support Secretary with Sutter Memorial Hospital. After a year of enjoying the serenity of the islands, Bruce and Pat purchased a small home inspection company and began serving clients. They soon realized that they enjoyed performing residential and commercial trades and crafts work and a variety of other tasks having to do with alteration, maintenance and repairs for clients. Slowly it has grown and evolved into also performing property managerial services for clients throughout the San Juan Islands.
